Who we are
We are a social cooperative of type B, a “non-profit” social enterprise.
Established in 1986 to address the need for employment and social inclusion in the Lecco area.
Specialized from the outset in providing assembly, packaging, and specialized maintenance services, we have become a partner and reference point for local entities in the placement of individuals facing difficulties.
What we do
For 35 years, we have been creating new job opportunities for people facing disadvantages, placing their well-being and individual fulfillment at the center, within a context of shared vulnerability.
We achieve this by establishing work collaborations with private companies and public entities in the local area.
Working in Solidarity means that individuals facing disadvantages have the opportunity to explore various types of activities, finding the one that allows them to fully express their abilities and qualities.
Protected environments, dedicated training paths, and the constant attention given by supervisors to personal growth are the key elements for the success of our collaborations.
Why we do it
We do this for sustainability reasons, both for ourselves and for the companies we approach, asking them to rely on us for their corporate sustainability and sustainable development projects.

The impact created
Since 1986, Solidarietà has integrated approximately 350 people into various activities, including 250 individuals with psychological and physical fragility, youth and adult distress, and, in general, people marginalized from the traditional business world.

Today, the employees hired and salaried under the National Collective Labor Agreement for workers of Social Cooperatives are 37, of which 15 are disadvantaged, plus 14 interns.
