LAW 68/99 AND ARTICLE 14
La legge n.68/99 prescrive, per le aziende con più di 15 dipendenti, il collocamento mirato obbligatorio.
Law No. 68/99 mandates mandatory targeted placement for companies with more than 15 employees. However, the effective management of fragility requires specific experience and expertise, which do not necessarily have to be the responsibility of a for-profit company.
Therefore, Article 14 of the “Biagi Law” allows companies to fulfill the legal obligation by hiring workers with disabilities through a type B social cooperative, to which the company entrusts a work order.
